Come join me in my home for a peaceful sound bath with friends and neighbors! My intention is to help quiet your mind, calm your body, and soothe your soul. I'll run the sound bath from 7:30-8:30, and have tea available till 9 for those who would like to sit and stay a while.

I have mats and blankets for all, but feel free to bring anything else that would make you feel cozy and comfy during the session.

This is a free event, but a couple of you asked how you can pay me, so I'm making it donation optional, with a suggested donation of $15.
