☕We will follow the sound bath with half an hour of tea and community.

You will be lying down or sitting on the floor for approximately one hour. We have yoga mats and blankets for everyone, but feel free to bring any extra blankets, pillows, bolsters etc. that you would like to support your comfort during this experience. We also have chairs available if that's more comfortable for you.

⭐Please arrive on time as we are unable to accommodate late-comers once the sound bath has begun.
