Lie down and relax while the soothing vibrations of Cathy's instruments wash over you! Sound baths have been shown to calm your mind, decrease stress, tension and anxiety, boost your mood and improve sleep.

During this sound bath, you will hear music from metal Tibetan bowls, a steel tongue drum and chimes. There is nothing you need to do or try to achieve during the session. Simply be present.

You will be on the floor for an hour, so please bring a mat and any blankets, pillows, etc. that you would like to get cozy and ensure your comfort. This one-hour sound bath will be followed by a half-hour of tea and community. I invite you to come experience the restorative power of sound for yourself.
