Let the vibrations wash over you as you set your worries aside and bathe in the rejuvenating power of music!

☕We will follow the sound bath with half an hour of tea and community.

You will be lying down or sitting for approximately one hour. We have yoga mats and blankets for everyone, but feel free to bring any extra blankets, pillows, bolsters etc. that you would like to support your comfort during this experience. We also have chairs available if that's more comfortable for you.
