Atlantis Wolf and Forest Empress combine forces for this retreat in the cozy confines of Katydid Lodge at Frohring Meadows MetroPark in Chagrin Falls.

Fall is a season for harvesting all you've been cultivating, preparing for the release of winter and renewal of spring. This Day Retreat is designed to support you in settling into the season with intention.

🍁 We begin with a meditative sound bath using healing tones to soothe your body and mind.

💨 Breathwork helps you reach into your subconscious to integrate what you've been working on and release what no longer serves you. Breathe until you are surprised!

☕ A sharing of cacao and time to journal your experience follows.

🔥 We end the retreat with a fire ceremony to deliberately release what we choose to let go.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Journal/notebook

You will be lying on your mat during the sound bath and breathwork. Bring what you need for comfort (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
