Worried about how anxious you'll be on Election Day? Start the day right with a stress-relieving sound bath at my house in the company of friends. Snuggle down on your mat, take some deep breaths, and relax into the healing vibrations of my instruments. Leave grounded and ready for whatever the day brings.

What is a sound bath? It's a meditative experience during which you lay down and relax while allowing the vibrations of musical instruments wash over you. Sound baths have been shown to calm your mind, release tension, decrease anxiety, lessen stress levels, boost your mood and improve sleep. In this sound bath you will be gently guided into a relaxed state, followed by music from metal Tibetan bowls, a steel tongue drum and chimes. When the music ends you will be guided back to your wakeful state. You are invited to come experience the healing power of sound for yourself.

I have mats and blankets so you don't have to bring anything, but feel free to bring whatever you need to be as comfortable as you like (e.g. pillow, special blanket, eye mask, etc.)

I'll have tea available if you want to stay and chat after the session. We'll get through this together!
