Come gather at the cozy Katydid Lodge in Frohring Meadows Metropark, just east of Chagrin Falls. Join Atlantis Wolf and Cathy Warrier for a rousing fire, sound bath, and shamanic breathwork journey. We will call on the medicine of the bear to assist us in finding deep rest and renewal during this period of long winter nights.

Tickets for this event include a 30 minute coaching call with Atlantis Wolf to help you process your journey, and a 30 minute tarot reading with Cathy from Forest Empress, both scheduled at your convenience after the event.

You will be lying on the floor during the sound bath and breathwork.

A mat and blanket will be provided for all.

Bring extra blanket, pillow, eyemask, or whatever you need to create a cozy nest.

Bring a journal and water bottle to help bring your experience into your every day life.
