Come gather with Atlantis Wolf and Cathy Warrier for an afternoon centered around a shamanic breathwork journey. We'll meet at the cozy Katydid Lodge in Frohring Meadows Metropark, just east of Chagrin Falls.

What can you expect if you join us?

That evening we will experience:

🐻Relaxing sound bath to calm and soothe you

🐻Shamanic breathwork powered by drumming and music

🐻Sharing of Cacao as you process the breathwork journey

🐻Walk the labyrinth

🐻Fire Ceremony to release what's ready to go

The following week you will receive two supports:

🐻30-min group coaching call with Atlantis to help unpack your breathwork journey

🐻30-min tarot reading with Cathy to help investigate and apply any insights received during breathwork

You will be lying on the floor during the sound bath and breathwork.

A mat and blanket will be provided for all.

Bring extra blanket, pillow, eyemask, etc. if you like to create a cozy nest.

Bring a journal and water bottle.
